Type A Structural Waterproofing

External waterproof membrane for buildings below ground level.

x2 coats of bitumen primer are applied to the structure prior to installing the self adhesive membrane.

Type C Internal Waterproofing

Type C waterproofing includes a P8 mesh system on the walls with a P20 system on the ground, tied in with a maintainable drainage channel.

Using 25mm timber studs we were able to create channels for our services such as plumbing & electrics. This studwork can be upgraded to allow for insulation too if necessary.
